Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning, & Electrical

Great company that not only hires fantastic people, but stand behind their work. I had an electrician, Alex Zuniga, come by to access and fix a power issue I had with my dryer. Quickly fixed it we thought, but later found it was a more complex issue. Called Abacus back and they sent Alex out the very next day, and he quickly found the true problem and fixed it. He was super helpful and put me at ease throughout the process. Best part is not only did they not charge me for coming back out to fix the problem, they didn’t even bring up money. Just came in, fixed the problem and thanked me for the time. I will be using Abacus again if ever needed

Of their work was top notch, the unit inside and outside looked very clean and you could tell they take great pride in their work. They wore booties and put down cloth to protect our carpet while working which was appreciated. I appreciated them taking the time to explain the outside and inside unit to me in a way I could understand. Highly recommend Jose !!

Alex from Abacus was excellent in that he was prompt, friendly, and worked with me to find the best solution for my electrical needs, while being conscious of working within my budget. Highly recommend this company as the staff has all been amazing.

We always get great service with Abacus. We were having issues with our AC and we appreciated that they didn't immediately jump to suggesting we replace our system. They checked everything thoroughly and walked us through what they found and what are options were. We would recommend them to anyone we know.

Awesome customer service and reliable! Took the time to evaluate and explain the issues with my unit, instead of wasting money on fixing a old out dated unit, provided his experience sales team to give me options for a new unit with a lifetime warranty. Can you say awesome!

Eddie and Tim were great. The had to completely install a new water heater in my attic. They made it look easy. Explained everything they were doing and what all to expect. I actually have 2 water heaters and the other one was replaced a couple of years ago and apparently was not installed up to code. They made that right also. They were extremely knowledgeable and I would definitely use them again and will recommend Abacus to my friends. This is the second time they have done a great job for me. The other time was electrical.

Nick and Josh did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions and got me setup on the annual maintenance package. Also they were able find an issue with my inside unit that was preventing airflow and causing excessive humidity. Thanks for your great work.

6 Abacus Electrical technicians have been through my house and did an aluminum remediation to update my 1972 house. WOW!!! It's fantastic. I feel safer and it adds a new look to my old house. GREAT JOB GUYS.

Abacus was great! They were quick to get us on the schedule when our AC was out in a heat wave. Alex quickly fixed the issue and made sure the unit was running before leaving.

This week, a lady named Kathryn came to our house to check our A/C. She told my husband they were the most expensive company, but the reason why people pay that extra money is because of the great service and warranty they offer.... well... they didn’t have the dignity to even send the estimate for A/C replacement... Not only that, when my husband was checking the A/C after she left he noticed she left screws on the floor without putting them back where they were....There's not much to say... we'll definitely find a more reliable company....
