Despite the pain of needing a new unit sooner rather than later, I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The tech (Erick) was outstanding. Professional, super knowledgeable and zero pressure tactics. We will use Abacus to install the new unit within the next year. Highly recommend.

Abacus scheduled our appointment immediately and Donny was at our house the next day. He was on-time and helped us solve a problem with electrical connection to our new SPA. I lost all power at my home.😵‍💫. I called Abacus and a technician was dispatched the same day. Jason arrived and immediately identified the problem. My panels were a fire hazard and thank God
blew out my power before starting a fire. Jason’s expertise combined with his customer service and genuine care and concern raised the bar to new heights and he walked with me and explained everything along the way. He communicated well to assure our understanding of new equipment as well as when he was to arrive. We have also selected Abacus to do our semi-annual services as well.

I recently faced a daunting situation when a water heater leak caused water to collect in the drain pan of my home's water heater which was in the attic. After speaking with ABACUS Plumbing’s dispatch about my situation they immediately assigned a Journeyman. Plumber Eddie came to my rescue, providing outstanding service that surpassed all expectations given the challenging circumstances.

Despite the after-hours call, Eddie arrived promptly and assessed the difficult task at hand. Dealing with an attic location made the water heater replacement anything but easy. However, Eddie's expertise and problem-solving skills shone through. He carefully evaluated the damage, confidently recommending a complete replacement.

I had a fantastic first experience with Abacus from the dispatchers to our technician Teddy Linnell. The dispatching team was response and even pushed my appointment a few hours when I had a conflict, then Teddy arrived promptly at our rescheduled time and was soooo nice and friendly and explained everything. Gave us some quotes on the spot and fixed our toilet right then with parts on his truck. Quick and easy! I definitely recommend.

I called in the morning & the technician was at my home in 2 hrs. He did the diagnostics on the ceiling fan that had stopped working completely. Gabriel did a great job! He was pleasant, and a knowledgeable professional. He also offered us a complimentary safety electrical inspection of our house.

We had been without water for 24 hours. Our original plumber had pushed out appointment twice already. We called Abacus and they were at our house within a short time, fixed our plumbing problem and got us back up and running in no time. I was very impressed by Deandre. He was very personable and professional. He explained everything and showed me pictures of what was going on. He gave me his opinion but didn't make a hard sell. I am leaning towards using Abacus but your bid is significantly more than I expected. I will have to crunch some numbers and can't make promises. But if I go with y'all it will be because of Deandre!
