When my outdoor sub panel unexpectedly burned out Abacus sent an electrician the next day to diagnose the problem and provide a free quote to fix the problem. They were back the very next day to replace the panel and kept me informed the whole time. When I had a problem with a breaker on the same panel flipping about a week after the same electrician who installed the panel, Brad, came back out quickly and was very helpful and professional; double checking all the wiring up to the appliance attached to the breaker. Overall great service and knowledgeable electricians. I'm very glad I called Abacus!

I was looking for an estimate on back flow inspection, tried to get it over the phone however they came out to view potential job. Not sure if I want to continue with pool auto fill and pay every year for inspection. Eddie was great when I told I needed to think about the potential cost. I felt bad about something that could have been done over the phone but he said that’s what their team does. Thanks again Eddie!

Our hot water heater quit working. Scheduling was fast. Eddie came and paitently and respectfully gave us options. He explained each and answered questions. We chose a replacement and the replacement team came out the same day and got us back up and running with hot water. They turned off the gas to my dryer and didn't turn on it back on though which caused some stress over what we thought was another needed appliance repair.

Alex Z did an amazing job! He was very professional and efficient. I will request Alex next time I have another power outage.

As always, the customer service is always great, and the reason we continue to use Abacus. When our AC went down Derek was very knowledgeable and let us know what all our options were. Once the problem was found he was able to fix the AC the same day. Thanks Derek!

Trying out this company. We need a go to plumber. Very professional, offer yearly membership with coupons etc. Pricey, however, I was assured they're very customer focused. We'll see. So far so good, we're pleased with this service of our first call.

I had a leak somewhere in my shower needed help. I also had water pockets coming out of my tub.

Robert was very professional and on time. He re sealed my shower drain and Was able to see exactly what was wrong and advised me that I needed a new tub liner.

This saved me a lot of headache and money since I thought I would need massive demolition of bathroom and ceiling to fix a leak. But instead his recommendation saved me easily a thousand dollars in further options.

Best part is he didn’t charge for his service of resealing drain and opinion on the tub. Very grateful and would recommend this service for others.
