Andrew came out to give me an estimate to replace my garbage disposal, and was able to come back and install first thing the next morning! He was very professional and nice, explained everything and answered all of my questions, and had the install done super quick.

Andrew arrived on time and gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before his arrival. Andrew finished the job in less than an hour and was extremely polite and professional. (repair: bathtub faucet was leaking)

Alexis Z came out to give us a estimate for work. He was ontime and very professional. We have not had them do the work yet but I'm positive they will do a good job.

Had a small remodeling job where I needed a new outlet installed and several others replaced. Don was responsive and professional in understanding my project needs, answering my questions, and was able to get the job done quickly, effectively, and affordably.

I'll be using this team again as I address any other projects and updates I need around my home in the future.

Abacus provided a thorough diagnosis of our HVAC system and gave a variety of bids for repair or replacement. (Note that the diagnosis costs $100.) Their bid for a new system to replace the 21-year-old existing one was the best of three companies which we contacted. They installed it on the next business day and did a complimentary cleaning of all our vents and ducts. The two technicians, Danny and Marco, were skilled, professional, and efficient. The Lennox system which they installed is rated slightly higher than Trane and Carrier. I would definitely recommend this company.

Shawn Curry was a superhero for us! He patiently and professionally resolved one issue after another with our HVAC system that had been installed very, very poorly by another company. Shawn stayed diligent and focused throughout this multi-day repair job. His attention to detail and his ability to explain the problems and what was needed to fix them was greatly appreciated. First time using Abacus to help with a cooling issue upstairs. Reserved an appointment for a technician on the 6/4 to come out Saturday 6/10. I call the office on Friday, 6/9 to get an idea of a time frame: "0800-1700" cool thanks we'll plan our day around it. Its now Saturday the 10th and instead of a phone call, I get a text message stating they are overbooked but could bill me $150 for an overtime fee to send someone out afterhours. Wasted an entire week just to cancel on the only day we had available to have someone come out. Do not waste your time.

Vinny was super helpful and informative when he came to my house. He went above and beyond while diagnosing the electrical problem I was having. He explained everything very clearly and outlined repair options. He even fixed my garage door opener as a plus! Great service.

They came out on time were very professional and polite. Always made sure I knew what they were doing and asked lots of questions. Would definitely use them for now on. The sales person was through and always was available to answer any questions.

Freddy Engameh was very Professional and Very Knowledgeable. He was very good with the diagnosis and double backed to make sure that was the issue .
