Shawn, the technician who came to my home for estimate was the third and final plumber I requested quotes from. He offered me a solution the other two companies didn't, one that my choice simple who to use. Price was competitive and final work was done as discussed and very clean. Highly recommend this company!

Chris Dybvig is a very knowledgeable technician. He throughly explains the process whether it's a routine maintenance check or if something isn't working properly with your HVAC system. He will suggest different options to the problems which helps the customer decide what is the best choice for them and what they can afford. My husband and I were very pleased with Chris. We would highly recommend him.

In February 2023, our heat went out and we were afraid to use the air because we didn't know for sure if it was affected as well. We finally had to call Max Air because it started getting hot and we knew we were going to need air because of summer coming. When I called for an appointment, Robert Ray was the one that came and assisted us. He was so professional and he smiled alot. He seem to care about what we were dealing with as if he was apart of the family. He was quick and efficient and found the problem so fast. We ended up having to purchase a whole new HVAC system. He was honest about the pricing and he did not try to sell us the high end stuff. He wasn't acting like a car salesman lol! I and my husband appreciated the fact that he was a great and impeccable salesman and Technician that it was easy for us to go ahead and purchase what we needed. I or my husband didn't want to have to buy a whole new system but with Mr. Ray and your pricing it made it possible for us to go ahead and purchase it. Also, the guys that installed the HVAC system did an amazing job as well. They were quick and efficient and very polite. Thank you so much Mr. Ray, Mr. Jean and his colaborer for all you do and did, may God bless you all immensely.
