I was worried that I might have a leak because of the random sheets of ice accumulating around my yard over the grass, especially over areas where I have sprinkler heads. No thaw had ever looked quite like this. Daniel thoroughly checked everything and checked my meter, and assured me that there was nothing wrong. Although I then felt silly for worrying, Daniel was very kind to me. I’m glad nothing was wrong, but honesty and integrity are well worth the price. Someone else might have taken the opportunity to gouge me for not being a plumbing expert! It’s nice to know I have a plumber I can trust!

Max Air and Plumbing provided a consultation after we had flooding. They were very responsive and professional. Bryan called to confirm my appointment, let me know what time to expect his arrival, and wore shoe coverings in my house. He provided his professional opinion and options for repair.

Jorge was early. Very nice and neat. Quickly serviced my air conditioning system. He was very professional and approachable.

Tommy brought me the power cord for my leak breaker and was helpful in getting the cord routed to be able to plug in.

Shaun was a true God sent angel. He was very professional , explained everything to the “t”, and went over ALL the options. I highly recommend him and this company. I will definitely be using them in the future.

This business is highway robbery and even one star is too much. The plumber came and wanted to sell me for $470 an outdoor faucet I can buy at Home Depot for $15 (he claimed high quality) I sent him back but had to pay the $89 service fee. Stay away from them!!!
