Manuel Gutierrez , is a true professional. He was at the site before I arrived, completed the work in under a hour. He has helped our church Forest Hill Community Bible Church FHCBC get our baptism pool working properly so, we can continue to help our community. Thomas (Tommy) from Max Air & Plumbing provided superior service! I initially called for an estimate back in late Nov for installing a faucet and updating the p-traps for newly installed vanity. Tommy came out for the estimate but also informed me about replacing my shut off valves. All the information was helpful and he gave me a few options to choose from for my estimate. He offered the option to include Max Air's service plan and the benefits. He wasn't pushy about it, just knowledgeable and allowed me to make my decision.
Out of all the estimates, they were just a tad bit higher than a few but not the most expensive. Regardless, it was Tommy's customer service and helpfulness that led me to go with Max Air. I requested to work with Tommy again, and he was able to come for an appointment shortly after. He installed the faucet and other items and everything is running and looking great so far! I plan to use Max Air & Plumbing again in the future and I would highly recommend them to others. Ask for Tommy!

Kevin was knowledgeable, polite and professional! We really appreciate the 3 price point quotes and honesty! He was super nice and did a fabulous job! Our kitchen sink and upstairs bathroom are good to go!

I was very happy start to finish. Pleasantly surprised to be scheduled the next day after my initial call about a leak under my kitchen sink. Josh called and arrived promptly the next morning. He determined the faucet was the source of the leak and needed to be replaced. My garbage disposer was over 7 years old and he pointed out the fitting at the top was corroded. He suggested replacing it while he was there and I agreed. I picked out and purchased a new faucet while he picked up a new disposer at the supply company. He did a quick, thorough and efficient job of installation of the new faucet and disposer. He cleaned up his work area thoroughly and removed the old equipment and trash.

He fixed a previously poorly installed and configured AC drain system that was leaking and then made sure it was draining properly and the line was clear. I really appreciate it, thank you to Tommy for doing a great job!

Manny was timely and extremely personable and professional. He explained everything that he was doing and inspected our issues thoroughly. He referred and supported us through the process to call out a moisture removal company to help with the challenge we called for. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who asks for a referral in the future and when we need a plumber again I would not hesitate to call him.

My experience with Max Air and plumbing so far has been great. For the last couple summers my home has felt like a furnace. I sat down to speak with Mr. Kelly and he helped me select a system that would fit my needs and budget. After selecting a system he set me an appointment and Mr. Jaime and his associate came in and installed my new unit and they did an amazing job. Very professional and they made sure that there was no mess when they left.

Tommy was knowledgeable and patient with me with all of my questions. He completed the job as requested in a timely matter. I will highly recommend him to all of my clients as I'm a Realtor and I have clients who need his expertise especially during the home inspection process.

We were blessed enough to have Manny out as our technician, because not only did he call ahead and confirm with us our appointment and give us an eta, he came and was extremely polite and professional and helped us find the root to our plumbing problems. He fixed what we needed fixed and pointed us in the right direction to prevent future problems. Had an amazing experience recommend to anyone !!!
