Fraud and ripoff. You purchased some good reputable companies like Charlie’s Plumbing and Rocket Rooter and destroyed any chance of me ever using Max Air again! $730 to pull a toilet and snake the line? Pure theft you crooks!!! I will do it myself if I have to! What’s worse is I’m going to tell everyone I know for the rest of my like what crooks you are!

The tech they sent out was a very nice professional person who quoted me $16k to replace my AC unit since it could not be repaired due to age. Another company came out and fixed the unit for about $1,000.

Tommy did a great job coming out to replace a leaking water heater and coming back out to make some quick corrections the city inspector had pointed out.
