Stuart Smith did a AWESOME job talking and discussing what needed to be fixed or replaced with our Duel Zone A/C unit. make Its going to make our home Comfortable and livable. And a HUGE shout out to Robert Stringfellow for sending out the right guy for the job.

I had the pleasure of having Jorge with Max Air visit my home to service my air conditioner for the upcoming summer. He was very polite and personable. He did a thorough inspection and was very kind and patient as my dog followed him everywhere. He represented Max Air in the most positive light. I will continue to do business with them as long as they have employees who provide such excellent customer service as Jorge. I most definitely recommend this company!

Tommy did a great job installing the water boiler. He works professionally and kept me updated and explained what he did and how to use the system.

I had a full A/C system installed and on the installation, two installers had issues. I feel they wasted time on the issues and the system quit, before morning. When I called the next morning, they scheduled what they said was their best tech. When Jonathan Gallippo arrived, he got right to work to fix problems and explained what he was doing. I have very high respect for him and his work. Job well done.

Thomas Dudley performed an inspection of our plumbing in our home and pointed out a few surprises. He was very knowledgeable and told us everything that could/should be addressed. He was also fun to talk with. His knowledge of the Arlington area was very helpful. Looking forward to working with him in the near future.

I hired them after signing up with the monthly plan. Honestly they were very informative, professional and patient with us. I will be using them monthly as these guys are trustworthy

Even better customer service. We had one guy (Aaron) who came to fix our outside AC fan as a second day process. Then something happened with one of my AC units (which had nothing to do with the one being worked on) I addressed the issue with him and he solved the whole problem and went beyond my expectation. Have no regrets in signing with these guys and I will be their customer for a long time

Had multiple plumbing problems including detached sink, toilet malfunction. That’s when Larry came to help. He was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient. It took multiple trips due to the design of our sink but we got it done. Larry even fixed my toilet when it wasn’t even on his schedule. No need to convince me, I will be Max Air’s customer for a very long time. Thank you so much Larry and Max Air

Fantastic job! Bryen was neat, professional and extremely knowledgeable! He used shoe covers and completed a complimentary inspection of plumbing throughout the entire house…explained everything to me and created a spreadsheet of any older valves or parts that I may want to proactively repair in the near future. Completed the service on my gas line by replacing the hose with an upgraded better designed one…and fully checked that everything was good! I am very impressed and it was completely worth the $ to know that everything is connected securely! Will definitely use them again as well as recommending their services to my entire neighborhood.

Waymon did a great job repairing our AC and ensuring that we won’t have any more drainage overflows. He was efficient, polite, and professional.
