Angelica was awesome. She knew exactly what to fix. She was fast and very nice. The scheduler, Vanessa, was super helpful and friendly. We’ve had great experiences every time we’ve used 1800 Plumber.

Needed to replace our outside unit and indoor unit. Eric checked and measured everything, then sat down with me and my husband to tell us what our options were. Wish we could have gotten financing for all that we needed but what they are able to do will be enough to keep us warm in winter and cool in the summer. Thanks guys. Plus they will be here in two weeks to get started. Awesome.
..Chris and Noah arrived Monday morning and got right to work removing the old units. We were always notified when they were on their way. The job was finished by Wednesday afternoon and right away we could tell the difference.

Needed a plumber after hours and they were able to send a tech out and fix the problem quickly. Polite and courteous, explained what needed to be done and showed me what the problem was before he got started. I would definitely call these guys again

Excellent communications and assessment of our problem. They gave us different options and explained what was involved in the repair. They basically have to fix what an inferior plumber messed up. I wish I had used them in the first place.
After almost a week, the job is complete. I am even more impressed with the technician, Zlatan, than when they started. Him and his apprenticed worked tirelessly to fix all my problems. They took no shortcuts and made sure everything was done right. They were very diligent about cleaning up after themselves and left no surprises. Best and most professional contractors I have ever used.

Our technician was excellent!! Very informative and transparent about the issues uncovered with our gas leak, work being done, and pricing as well as taking the time to answer any questions. He was also great about getting everything scheduled in a timely manner and coordinated with the inspector as well as letting us know when to reach out to Atmos to get the gas turned back on.

Chris did a fantastic job. He explained to me what needed to be done in a way I could understand. I would highly recommend this person and company!

I came home on Sunday night and my air-conditioning was out. I called 1-800-Plumber on Monday morning and David the technician was out that afternoon and had the air conditioner working within 30 minutes. David was very knowledgeable and cordial.

1-800 Plumber + Electric response time was better than anyone else’s. Angelica was great to work with, knowledgeable and very helpful. Definitely using these services again and plan to request her every time!
