1800 Plumber is over the top awesome! The techs are very knowledgeable professional and hard working. I've used all of the services HVAC, plumbing, and electrical and they have all been great including the office. Recently they replaced two HVAC/heat pump systems in both units of my duplex. When I saw how they installed the first system I asked some questions because I had a 2 year old unit that wasn't right from the start. They were so helpful and had a tech diagnose the 2 year old system. I'll spare the details but the system was replaced. They did a fabulous job and I couldn't be happier!!!

1 800 plumber came and repaired my leaky shower. Alex did a great job explaining what he was doing and what he found. He offered suggestions and was very personable. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing service for plumbing, electrical or air.

I have a bad clog in the kitchen plumbing. I called to have it fixed. I was upset with the first plumber the Company sent out. So Austin was dispatched a couple days later to do the job properly. Ultimately, the end result was the same (my concrete slab will need to be broken to make the repair). However, Austin took the time to answer all my questions with well thought out answers. He was very personable yet very professional as well. Additionally he took the time to show me how he was able to determine the issue, etc. So although the result isn't what I'd have hoped for, I feel by addressing my concerns & putting effort and care into trying to find a solution made a huge difference in my overall opinion & experience with the Company.

Purchased a third party water softener for my house in Amarillo and hired 1-800 Plumber to do the install. They were very professional and the work is high quality - 100% would call them again!

Angelica Betancourt, Mike Matthews, Chris Diaz, Noah Sintas and crew were amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. They came in to troubleshoot and fix work that had been previously done incorrectly and replaced old ductwork that was in extremely hard to reach areas. They were always on time, careful to keep our home clean as if it were there own. Each member of the team was super respectful of our time and concerns whenever they arose. They take great pride in their work and it shows. Their constant Communication with us and with each other was very comforting and made it very easy to work with them.
