Scheduling was quick and accurate, and kept us informed along the way, with advance text messages to let us know when/and who was on the way. All requested repair items were completed in a single day's visit, despite there being several different items that needed to be addressed, as we just bought this house back in April 2022, and various items were lacking at that time. Swayze was professional and efficient and explained each step needed and the options we had for the various components. I will admit that the cost was higher than we had originally expected, but given the thoroughness and accuracy of the repairs, as well as the cleanup after he was done, we will use the service again if we need future plumbing repairs. I would highly recommend them for your household repair needs.

Angelica is extremely knowledgeable, attention to detail, and super nice. While looking over my heating system she was able to spot something that could’ve potential hurt or even killed everyone in the home. Cooling service was outstanding. Angelica was completely professional, going beyond the call to complete the job into late hours while enduring extreme attic heat. David was super knowledgeable at his job! He diagnosed down right to the nitty gritty and fixed our A/C unit. He figured out the issue 4 other techs from other companies couldn’t and got the job done in a timely manner and was very informative on what the issue was and how it could be fixed. Austin came to the house and was very respectful of my time and had a very patient attitude was trying to explain to me the process of what needed to be done with my plumbing. He was very relatable and took the time to answer all of my questions and was about as professional as I have seen anybody in many years. I am so thankful that I have found a good plumbing company with employees that take pride in what they do.

We have used 1-800-Plumber/Shreiner for years now. In the last few years, they have completely replaced the HVAC and electrical systems in my mom's house. There have been a few issues, but almost without fail they are with faulty equipment like a switch or some other part that I know nothing about. Angelica and the other technicians always come with a smile on their faces and explain it so that we can understand it. And, fortunately, most of the time, it has been under warranty. Also, we have belonged to their "membership club," which is really a good deal. We recommend them: they know what it means to be professional!
