There is a dock for trucks on the east side of the building. There is plenty of room to maneuver in the parking lot. You have to walk around to the front to check in with them. I don't think they use any of the back doors.

It took them about an hour and a half to unload me. The main reason it took so long was because they had issues finding room to store the HVAC units I was delivering.

I had a capacitor go out on the A/C..and actually another store recommended I try Johnstone Supply since the unit was older. They had the part I needed as well as a aftermarket fan motor. The guy showed me how to pig tail in the old harness. Great customer service from this business. Thanks guys you have a new customer and will definitely recommend ya!

Needed a 2 speed motor for an A/C unit on a Saturday morning. While they didn't have the exact part, they did have a replacement unit that would work and helped with what I needed. Heath was quite helpful.
