Alex Rivas came to evaluate and prep for a water conditioning system install in my home. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to learn about the system I had purchased and figure out the best way forward. I am confident that the install will go smoothly. Another plumber had looked at my project and then never called back, so I appreciate 1-800-plumbers’ professionalism and “can do” attitude.

We were in unique and tough spot - we live right outside of town and we had a gas leak between our house and the meter. The distance was almost a half mile away. It took us many quotes and almost 3 months to decide what to do since it was going to be costly. Z from 1800 plumber came out and was very helpful every time. They installed a whole new gas line to our house and we are very happy with it! Would recommend this company.

Awesome communication through the whole process. From start to finish everyone at 1800 plumber listened to my questions and provided great details of the services to be preformed. Texts of when my appointment was, when the technician was on his way and even provided a picture and name of who to expect. Austin was a great technician!
