They will work hard to find the problem and fix the problem it regardless of how difficult or time consuming it is. They always keep you updated on how and what they are doing and their progress. I have always felt very comfortable with the gentlemen they have sent to my home. They are always very polite and hard working!! The young man today, Austin, had a very difficult problem to solve in more than just one area but he worked till all of the issues were resolved! I was extremely happy with his work!! Thank you for having such dedicated employees!!

Swayze did a great job repairing our issues and helping us find other contractors to fix the repairs outside of our plumbing needs. They were clean, quiet, kept us informed of unexpected issues and stayed within the quoted amount. Overall a very positive professional experience.

Outside heating system was making a ridiculous noise. David was able to determine the fan blade was hitting the edge of the fan shroud. He made the necessary adjustments and no more noise! Thanks!

I called Thursday afternoon and an appointment was available immediately. Austin was at the house in about 15 minutes. Austin was very personable and professional. My shower drain was clogged and he got the job done quickly. He cleaned up as well which was appreciated. He did a little extra by adjusting the stopper on my bathroom sink. I am always very pleased with 1-800-Plumber.

Austin Rice was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a good job of unclogging our kitchen sink. He was through and cleaned up after himself as well. He explained how to use the BioOne that we purchased and explained all the possibilities regarding the job before starting the job. I would rate him A+

In my previous review I stated that I was very unhappy with the service I received. Someone from the company contacted us. I was a little harsh in my review because of a misunderstanding. I am impressed that someone from the company reached out to us the same day. This company will do what they can to make their customers happy. They are worth doing business with.
