Vance was awesome! He came yesterday to assess the situation, followed up today as promised and was able to fix our problem here at our church this morning! Very satisfied with his work and positive attitude. Now let that boy go on vacation next week!!!

Glen was very knowledgeable about our plumbing issues. He walked me through all possible solutions and helped me decide what would best fit our needs. He is very friendly and even made time to pet our dogs. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the services he provided. I will definitely call him for all our future plumbing needs.

Triston came out to check out my tankless water heater. He was very knowledgeable and very polite. Turned out that something else had thrown a circuit breaker ..... so problem was solved. I live 22 miles from Abilene .... so it was a long trip at no charge.

Today, Caleb & TJ replaced a suddenly massively leaky, otherwise-not-so-functional water heater with a larger new one-- a big improvement over what came with the house! They got to it first thing Monday morning, for which we're extremely grateful, and taught me as to the ins and outs of the new unit--a service that I really like, as it helps me be responsible for my equipment. Always appreciate Midway's conscientious, personable, professional work!

A few months after water heater...we scheduled a delayed visit for when Mark came off vacation, as he does such a wonderful job. He repaired a leaky toilet setup and, as usual, taught me something I didn't know that could save some problems down the road. One thing that we thought was problematic turned out not to be, which was a relief; always appreciate Mark's and Midway's honest concern for our tiny retirement pocketbook. Thanks again for another fine job!

Today's visit was for Russell Holland to fix our stopped up kitchen sinks. We're grateful for his prompt, thorough work and accurate, considered explanations and answers to questions. His easy demeanor made the process pleasant. We continue to trust and depend on Midway; plumbing work is expensive, and we rely on Midway's quality service.

CJ and Doug came today to do routine water heater maintenance; they knew exactly where to park, where to go, what to do--another thorough, professional job that we've come to expect from Midway. I was grateful to be able to have a visit within just a few minutes of calling; that really helped with an exceptionally packed schedule right now--thanks again!

Once again, we received service within a few minutes of scheduling. Mark did his usual thorough job, and saved us from a potential flooding down the road; it was an expensive visit, and he did everything he could to help out in that regard. I learned something new from him, which happens just about every time, and will be applying that knowledge soon. We appreciate Mark and Midway so much!

Glen came in and looked everything over. I was not getting continuous hot water and he checked both water heaters and the plumbing to both the bathrooms. At no time while he was here did the hot water give out so there was nothing to fix. He told me to call again if it started not working and they would come back. I called yesterday and got an appointment today. The communication and professionalism is unparalleled

C J was excellent today. He was personable and did the job quickly and efficiently. He was of the caliber of plumber we have come to expect from Midway. He was here to do our annual water heater maintenance which is free under their 10 year warranty if you purchase your water heater from them. He also installed a new toilet part. We would recommend Midway to anyone who wants the job done right. We have been a customer for over 20 years.

Mark was very knowledgeable and explained what my pipes were doing so I could understand after he examined everything. He changed the water level in my toilet and that should take care of my problem. He saved me a lot of money by not doing something at this time that didn’t need to be done.

Sink, faucet, and garbage disposal installation, including removal of all three that were in place. Arrived promptly, worked until done, and kept work area tidy throughout. Always asked for guidance as various customer options arose throughout installation. Been using new equipment for a week now and installation seems flawless. Couldn’t be happier with products, installation, and most of all, the professionalism and courtesy of Midway Plumbing staff. Will hire again for future plumbing needs.
