Russell was on time for our appointment and quickly assessed the issue. A part had to be ordered, but it arrived the next day and Russell came back and installed it before quitting time on a Friday so we didn’t have to go the whole weekend without hot water!

C J was very professional and courteous. He arrived exactly on time, properly evaluated the issue and replaced the water heater. He removed and replaced the kitchen faucet, installed C02 monitors, cleaned up, presented the bills and asked asked if we were satisfied. I've used Midway twice and have received exemplary service both times

Midway Plumbing was quick to respond and they sent someone right away. Our Plumber was Glen and he was very professional and friendly. He took care of us in a timely manner.

Mark is extremely professional and very prompt, arrived on time and worked all day completing the rough in. Looking forward to seeing finished remodel moving water, vent and drain lines to new location and installing shower pan. I’m very very happy with Midway Plumbing and especially Mark.

We woke up with a water heater that was not working. I called the 24 hour line, they had someone out the same morning (on a Friday), checked everything, and gave detailed explanations on what they did. I would 100% recommend Midway and will be using them again!
