I am a first time home buyer with a huge 1980's fixer upper, and he went above his duty to answer all of my many questions with a happy heart, was so respectful and professional, and even helped me understand how each and everything worked inside and out of the house. I run marketing + communications for high tier companies, so his attention to great customer service + detail was not heard by deaf ears. He truly did a brilliant quality job, and even without my husband present I felt very safe, and I will surely ask for him each and every time my home needs plumbing help, hands down.

These guys were amazing. Russell and Ryder were very thorough and explained every bit of what they were doing in great detail. Russell respected my situation and did everything effectively and in respect to cost. I couldn’t have asked for better service and work. They stayed till the job was done. They double, triple and quadruple checked their work to guarantee it and showed great confidence in their knowledge of gas lines and gas fixes.

Zach, Isiah, and Tom were the best folks to work with to repair our major leak (40, 000 gallons per month) and get our waterlines sealed with epoxy. They did an excellent job and also replaced our 18-year old shower cartridges, cross-over Tees, hose bibbs, and other fittings. Their shutoff valves, hose bibbs, and fittings were all brass to avoid future water corrosion. They used braided flexible stainless steel hoses where needed. They successfully hooked up our newly epoxy-lined water lines to our new water heater. They did many "Little Things" that they could have billed us for. We chose the entire-home waterline repair package due to its lifetime warranty and OUR Piece of Mind against future water leak(s). They made sure we were completely satisfied with their repairs. I would highly recommend the entire epoxy-lining system repair choice and Midway Plumbing's Zack Sims and his crew! By the amount of barking, we could tell our nine little doggies loved them too!

Response was prompt as soon as I called. I called Midway because their first work for me was good, and I am pleased with this work. Glen kept me informed throughout the job, was professional, on time, and quick to complete. They also clean up well upon completion.
