Tristen responded in a timely manner. His appearance and demeanor were above reproach. He used booties when entering our home and researching our drains. He completed an in-depth inspection of our drain lines. His analysis was in writing and he shared the photos that he took of the drain system. He provided written estimate of work and costs to repair our drain leaks. Very happy with Midway Plumbing's response and technicians.

Vance was able to get to us much sooner than we thought. He showed up on time and went to work immediately. He stayed with it until he was sure we were in perfect running order. He also took the time to take pictures of future projects and gave me quotes for that work. He is super friendly and easy to talk to and work with.

Zach was very efficient, helpful, friendly, and professional! Zach explained everything well and listened well. We were so glad to get the water heater problem resolved within 24 hours of our old one leaking!

CJ came out to give us an estimate on drain replacement. I was appreciative of receiving a message in advance of his arrival letting me know who the technician would be, including a photo of who to expect and previous customer feedback. CJ was able to evaluate our situation and give us an estimate on what it would take to begin the project. We have not yet chosen a provider for the service we need, but our interactions with Midway so far have warranted 5 stars.

Vance is a true professional. Expert level of plumbing knowledge. Overall great guy, who will break his back to do right by you. Honest as they come.
What we thought was going to be a leak (inside wall) that was going to take an army to fix, Vance handled with ease. Very quickly as well, i might add.
Communication was outstanding, kept us informed of each task he was completing, and more importantly, why. Multiple options were always given. Couldn't be happier with the service we received. Vance, and Midway, needs to be your first, and only call, for plumbing issues.

We had a hot water line leak under our slab that was leaking water into our house and needed service right away. Gary M. from Midway Plumbing was very friendly and very competent. He listened to what was going on, diagnosed the problem with the leak detection equipment to make sure there weren't other hidden problems, and got everything fixed in one day. Gary went above and beyond to explain what he was doing, and stayed into the evening to make sure the job was done right. While Midway is a little more expensive than some other plumbers, they do a professional job quickly with excellent customer service.

Amazing response! There was a rescheduling and I was contacted to see if I wanted to move my time up. They showed up on time and were extremely professional. They were able to access the problem with my water heater and help find a solution that I was extremely satisfied with. The whole time they were understanding and kept me informed through the whole process. I am extremely pleased with the service provided.

Our service technician was extremely friendly and knowledge. He went over lots of important details about our water heater, explained how warranties work and went over possible problems/prices ahead of time with me. He even told me about their website coupon which I didn't know about, so it saved us $25 on the repairs. I believe Glen to be an honest, trustworthy man and have complete confidence in the work he has completed on our gas water heater.

CJ, from Midway Plumbing, was great! He was in and out in 15 minutes (& only bc he was showing me receipts of all the work they did here for the previous owners)! Our water heater pilot light wouldn’t stay lit and it was such a simple fix he told me what to do so I could do it myself and he wouldn’t have to charge me! Great customer service!
