Midway came out promptly to check sink, diagnosed issue with drain and had it cleared within the hour; Informative, courteous and did a good job.

Russell did our annual water heater inspections on both our water heaters. He even drained our electricity one and spent time on our tankless water heater as well. Great company!!

They will charge for a service call when you get them to your house, but they also give a price up front before work is done to fix the problem.

This visit:
Caleb from Midway came out promptly after I called the office and told them I had a leak in my yard. I had to turn off the water to our house. Turns out the issue was with the sprinkler system, and tree roots were all around and caused the leak. Caleb dug and cut his way to expose the misguided PVC pipe, and gave me a quote for fixing it. After I saw what the problem was, I decided to fix it myself, rather than pay the high price that Midway wanted to fix it.
Before he did any work, Caleb did give me a price ahead of time to actually get to the pipe to see what the issue was. He told me one (what I considered high) price up front and gave me the option to approve that part of the process. I didn't want to have to pay that price, but it needed to be done, and figured I would be having to pay a service call to Midway anyway, and then I'd have to find another plumber.
However, once he completed that part, he said it didn't require as much time or effort as he originally thought to reach the problem, and so he reduced the price of the original quote. Very nice to have an honest plumber. I am super satisfied with this visit from Midway Plumbing, and the integrity of the plumber they sent out—well that will make me feel comfortable calling Midway again if I have a future plumbing issue.

Estimate $659 to dig a hole, $550+ to fix pipe leaking pipe? Dug the hole and fixed myself in 2 hours, parts cost $5. Apparently plumbers make $600/hr these days.

Vance was very upfront and honest about everything. Very professional and nice. It was a good experience.
