I was having issues with my Jeep and was recommended to Abilene Radiator. Best decision ever! It took some time to figure out what was happening and it was frustrating to keep having to take my Jeep back to the shop but Kyle and Heath and everyone at the shop were extremely nice and determined to fix my Jeep. I would highly recommend Abilene Radiator to anyone! They are now my "go-to's"!

The staff doesn't have good customer service. The owner keeps dogs in the lobby area, roaming freely. I witnessed a person being afraid of a pitbull there where she screamed and cursed fro someone to get the dog away. The owner simply kicked her out without an apology. She was not hurt ro my knowledge and the dog did not seem aggressive but that person wouldn't know that initially with a large white pitbull jumping at her.

These guys always do a good job. They always make the pricing right too. Very nice guys.

Dropped my daughter's car off yesterday afternoon because the ac and heating would not work. They immediately diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and did not charge since it was a minor fix. Ready the next morning. If you have mechanical issues, call these folks. They are honest and fair

These guys were awesome! I was from out of town and had a car that was overheating a bit on the road. I wanted to get a coolant flush because I had good reason to believe the radiator was all gunked up. I needed to get in asap before leaving town on a 12 hour drive and they squeezed me in first thing in the morning the next day! They got me out of there quick, were priced great, and the best part is, I have had zero overheating problems since! Thank you Abilene Radiator!!!

Unfortunately, didn't even get the chance to have my car serviced here because of how dismissive the front desk man was. He was very short with me, didn't take any of my concerns seriously, and barely gave me the time of day.

Recently took my car here they were super friendly and helpful. They work quickly and kept me updated throughout the process. They made sure they got it right. Thank you all for making my experience great!

These guys went above and beyond for my family today. My son thought a cap was left off...so the guys drove to where he was and checked things out. It was a false alarm.
