Felix was on time (maybe even a bit early) and provided exceptional service. He was honest and clear in his explanation of our plumbing issue. The company was responsive and let us know when he was on his way. Issue resolved in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Parthenon Plumbing.

This was a very good experience. The plumber new exactly what he needed to do. He did 3 jobs on my plumbing in under an hour. He was very courteous and professional, and wore protective gear the entire time, wearing a face mask, covering his shoes every time he stepped into my house, and changing his gloves every time he had to go back to his van. It could not have been better. I would use Parthenon Pluming again, and I highly recommend them. Thank you, Parthenon. GREAT JOB!

The two gentlemen who showed up were professional, courteous, and almost installed our dishwasher wonderfully. They did fail to attach the dishwasher to the counter, which was no big deal as I was able to do so myself. I will say that the price estimated on the phone was much less than what the price ended up being...because there were two plumbers, which was not clarified to me in the cost estimate provided. Other than that, so far so good! thanks

Brian and his crew did a fantastic job. The price was fair and they worked quickly. When an issue arose, they were over the next day, taking care of it. Working with Parthenon was easy and enjoyable. Their service gave me confidence that the job was done right.

Felix did a fantastic job, working quickly and cleanly to tackle a few small tasks! He was respectful of my safety and also made sure that my old dog didn't run out when he was entering and exiting the building. I'll definitely use Parthenon again the next time I need their help.

I use Parthenon for all plumbing and HVAC issues. They are always responsive and professional. They replaced my water heater, the install looks fantastic and was completed on the day promised. Couldn't be happier!!

Very responsive, nice and fantastic service. I had my unit go down at my home and they were able to have a brand new one brought out and installed within two days. Excellent follow up after the install as well.

I had a terrible experience with Parthenon last year, which was the result of them misdiagnosing an issue in my HVAC unit. After several service appointments and my AC going out twice in the heat of the summer, they figured out my unit, that Parthenon installed years ago, was missing a piston. It cost me over $1000 in parts, labor, and inflated electric bills and tens of hours of missed work to be at my house while the repairs were going on over a period of about 6 months. On top of all this, the operations manager, Rick, was so cruel and rude to me and my father on the phone when we called. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

When the missing piston was blamed on the manufacturer I asked for Parthenon to reach out to the manufacturer to try to find a way to reimburse me for my trouble and expenses. I was told I had to write a letter and MAIL it to Parthenon to request this. So I did and no one responded for months. I wrote a second letter and received a response that they were working on it, but I have not heard anything back since May. I will be sending my business somewhere else moving forward.
