Instead of insisting we need a new AC unit (as other companies had done), they came out to see if the unit could be repaired. It could! We saved A LOT of money by having this amazing company come out and service our machine. I will ONLY USE THEM from now on!

I was pleased. I thought the installation charge was reasonable.

I am remodeling a bathroom, and needed some changes for the new shower and vanity. I could not find a plumber that would show up. A friend at Church recommended I call Parthenon. The estimator called me back and set up an appointment, and showed up on time! We scheduled the plumber for 8:30 in the morning. At 8:30, he was outside getting his tools. Work is fabulous, and price very reasonable!

Always punctual, dependable, excellant work, and, when asked, willingly crawled under house to set my mind at ease about that view of my pipes.
A good value. This is my business of choice for all my plus,I got and HVAC needs!

The service was wonderful. Ned fixed my clog line. I appreciate the prompt service because I have a broken leg and had to have that bathroom.

Great work and very professional. They called to see if they could come early, which worked great for me. Once they got there they got everything fixed quickly and for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Will never use again. Began working on my hot water heater before telling me what they were going to do and made it seem as if they were just diagnosing but then tried to charge me labor when they didn’t fix anything! Then they quoted me over $1500 to replace a hot water heater after they tore into my old one and left it disassembled. Hiller was the least expensive and upfront about the two types of repair that could be done, and btw, their quote to replace the hot water heater was under $1k! Parthenon Plumbing was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They seemed like they were trying to trick me into paying them for labor when all they did was diagnose (this labor cost they tried to trick me into paying was in addition to their diagnostic fee). Do NOT call these guys. Call HILLER.

It took 3 trips to get leaky toilets fixed - the very pleasant service man couldn't seem to find the right parts. (I finally found them myself and had the man back to install.) Then during the repair, he didn't tighten the bolt under one tank in an infrequently used room upstairs. By the time we discovered the leak, our upstairs carpet was soaked and the garage ceiling had a leak. I was shocked at the carelessness.

Mr. Nieves was terrific. But the toilet he thought he fixed still leaked. I called you back and you had another one of your guys out the same day to see what more needed to be done. And so far, so good. Thanks!

Excellent customer service. Mary and beth were very polite. Hired them to replace waterheater. Arrived ontime and Ned did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend and would rehire for future projects. Final bill was lower than quoted. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
