Kuhn Air Conditioning

My experience with Kuhn AC was very positive, the workers who installed my replacement system were professional and efficient and very respectful of working around me since I was working from home the day it was installed. I would recommend Kuhn AC to anyone in the Nashville area.

The only part I disliked was when the initial folks came out to quote my system they neglected to wear boot coverings and tracked mud onto my upstairs carpet. I think they should adopt wearing coverings whenever they are entering a customers home and not putting down cellophane covering for installation.

Before I found Kuhn AC, I had been through several area companies who would not return service calls, miss scheduled service appointments, and then end up overcharging me for less than quality service. Kuhn AC has ALWAYS responded to my service requests quickly, kept their appointments, and provided outstanding service while remaining cost-efficient. I recommend them to friends all the time, and will continue to do so.

It's been over a month since Kuhn's Air Conditioning had installed a new condenser. I have nothing but positive praise and appreciation for this company. We spent almost two months this summer trying to fix the a/c problem in our upstairs. After being led astray by multiple a/c companies, we finally found Kuhn's. In less than a week, they solved our problem and completely installed a new condenser. Great customer service, very attentive, and the techs have the customer's interest at heart.Thank you.

Kuhn was great! Very quick and affordable repair technician came out to assess the issue with my HVAC. Didn’t give the sales job like other companies would so I trusted them when it came to purchasing a new HVAC. Ed and his team were fantastic to deal with especially during all this covid craziness!

I have used Mr. Kuhn to service my heat/ac unit for many years. I called him at night when my heating unit suddenly went out. He made an appointment to check the unit early the next morning. Turns out I needed a whole new heating unit that he and his workers installed the next morning. As always I was very impressed with his crew. They are exceptionally honest, highly skilled, polite and professional in every way.

They explained everything they did and showed me exactly what had gone wrong with my old unit. I highly recommend Mr. Kuhn for any heating/air conditioning problems you might have.

I highly encourage potential customers to choose Kuhn. I have reviewed Kuhn once before, about a year ago, and want to update. It is still the best HVAC company I have worked with. We have had the same professional, Richard, for 3 years and he has been on-time, for every appointment. He always calls and gives us a 15-20 minute warning just in case he is early. His knowledge of our system makes every appointment a smooth and easy process, and Richard is always very professional. Kuhn's annual plans also facilitate service of our HVAC. 5/5 Highly Recommend.

Good Service. Had a couple issues with the installation but Ed and his team were responsive to my messages and getting the issues resolved in a timely manner.

I have used this company for at least 8 years and they are by far the best hvac company in the Nashville area for service and new installation. Their service is exceptional.
