The expert efficiency and professional kindness that the technician conducted himself with put me at ease when I had concerns about a potentially costly repair. I am cautious when navigating unfamiliar terrain, and I don’t want to be taken advantage of because of my ignorance of heating systems. The Kuhn AC technician, Richard, explained the various problems and likely causes associated with our 11-year old system, and walked me through the various scenarios of each option for repair. I had confidence in Richard and his knowledge in this industry, and I was able to follow his recommendations without a second thought. I realized that I had made the right call when I contacted Kuhn AC. I will be a long-time customer and will recommend them with confidence to any of my friends and neighbors.

You came out in the morning, and both diagnosed the problem, and repaired our Central Heat an Air, before Noon. Your staff was very honest, knowledgeable an polite, taking time to answer any questions as they worked. I heard a lots of great things about Kuhns Air Conditioning, which is why I chose them.. Technician got Freon all over my house. All over the walls, bathroom, kitchen, trim, counters, all over the outdoor rooftop. I’m so mad right now. Absolutely disrespectful. Freon is impossible to clean up.

I'm confused you come out look at ac and said you need a new fan in Friday get it ri you Monday. Then Monday come no call. Tuesday come you call but I mistaken you for someone else thought they was another ac out fitter, but later I called and said I do need help then I had to wait till Thursday or Friday they stated, which was Wednesday that was ok. I waited on Thursday no one then Friday I finally called they said they coming after other service calls. Finally they came looked over everything again and said same thing again which we ALL Ready went through last Friday visitbut not collected the money from visit so guess that was all that about to get the service fee. I'm like you knew from last Friday ot was broken and though you was to fix it now which should been Monday no show. Now you tell me another Monday estimation for a new unit from manager. Last Friday I wanted it fixed and he said parts won't be available till Monday. You rather get the service fee instead of doing the job....

There is no other company we would consider using other than Kuhn. They have been our heating and AC go-to for 10+ years! The companies w big advertising budgets can be impressive on TV. The Kuhn team was impressive from from the first time we met…from diagnostic to repair to installation. The team has great skills, customer service. Most important is they are honest! I’ll never forget when we first had the Kuhn team out to visit as one of 3 vendors to work up a quote for whatever was wrong w our AC (in the middle of summer, of course!) The 2 other companies - Hiller and Lee Co - each said the only option was a new AC $$$$. Mr Kuhn gave us options. One of the first ones was what we needed to do to hop along for the short term -approx $400 in repairs - and the system ended up lasting 8 more years! Do yourself a favor. Save time on running around town getting multiple bids. This team is terrific AND honest!

Do not use Kuhn HVAC. They will not stand by their work. I had them come out to fix a small problem with my mini split system. One month later the system started to malfunction again and Kuhn is not willing to come back to make it right. Unprofessional in my eyes. Especially after spending $400 to get it fixed originally. Seems like they only want to make a quick buck and not actually help their customers.

Josh came out and diagnosed the issue quickly and had it fixed with a new part in a few hours. Friendly, professional, and educated me on the issue. Will definitely use Kuhn AC again

I was very impressed with Mr. Kuhn. I called and spoke with him and the next day he was at my residence and we discussed my options concerning new units. We decided on the units that I needed. I saw him on Saturday and had them installed on Tuesday. It was one of the most efficient and professional service that has ever been given to me. I would recommend his company if you ever need a new unit.

I spent 400 dollars. 3 hours later water is pouring through my ceiling. Not sure what the tech did but he made the problem worse. Ended up with a hole in my ceiling. Call another company they fixed it easily. This company wouldn’t even entertain giving me some of the money I paid. Terrible business ethics.
