Steve from Passion Property Doc came out and repaired our outlets and toilet. He was quick and punctual, and overall just a nice and considerate person. He did a great job, and I would recommend to anyone looking for maintenance

Everyone at Harrell's Maintenance is wonderful from scheduling to billing to the work itself. Steve Harrell is a very hard worker and will take very good care of your repair. He has repaired my 1972 wall oven, my mother's washing machine, replaced siding on my porch, repaired columns, and painted exterior trim on our house. Hands down, the BEST experience I've ever had with work done in my home. They are incredibly easy to work with, flexible time frames, and friendly. I've had my shower grouted, plumbing work, blinds hung, and sheetrock repair done by them. Every task was done perfectly AND the prices are affordable. I highly recommend them to any homeowner.

After getting a couple of quotes for an install of a shower door, I went with Harrell's. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism and quality of worksmanship. I will absolutely hire them again and suggest you do the same. Steve's top-notch.

Steve was unavailable for a window installation project (cut a hole in my shower tile, then the exterior wall, frame it up, put in window, retile shower around it). Big job. I hired someone else to do it because Steve wasn't available. That was a huge mistake. That guy got a hole cut and not much else, took my money and ran.
Steve to the rescue!! Now with help available to him, he and a crew just finished fixing it. It looks fantastic, as if the window has been part of our house this whole time. I love this man's work! And he's a good guy, too.

They helped finish a paint job on my porch and I was very happy with the end result. I also appreciate how communicative and helpful they were during the process. I look forward to working with them again!

Marvin was great to work with. We were having a new kitchen countertop installed so he removed the old faucet and disconnected the dishwasher and put in a new faucet in a bathroom, left to do another job while the countertop was installed, and came back and installed the new kitchen faucet and hooked up the dishwasher again. Friendly, courteous, efficient, and we were very pleased with the quality of his work.

What I thought would be a simple swap out of a faucet was not the case. There were found other issues with the plumbing. Mr Harrell installed the faucet and went way over and beyond to make sure everything was in working order. I am very pleased. This was my first contact with this company and will not be my last. I highly recommend.
