We have used B&M multiple times in 2 different homes across town from one another and we've always been in highly stressful situations when we've had to call them. Mike Jones and his team always come to the rescue in just mere hours!! His pricing and timeliness is beyond compare! Mike even took time out of his day to walk my husband through a diagnosis over the telephone on a Saturday and sent a tech to fix our unit on a Sunday. We're highly impressed with B&M and you will be too!
B & M was AWESOME!! Mike to great care of me, & had an awesome tech on the job in less than 2 hours!! Tanner did a great, professional job. Very clean & very thorough job!!! Got me from 81 degrees back to 70 in no time flat!!! I recommend these guys to anyone!!! Thanks again B & M!!!
After recieving multiple quotes from other HVAC contractors to replace my aging system, I chose B and M because of their knowledge and professionalism. Knowing nothing about Air conditioners, I was worried I would be taken advantage of. I was quickly at ease when the owner came out and explained everything in detail and addressed all of my concerns. He told me that my ac system was grossly oversized which is why my ac never worked properly, and why I never felt comfortable in my home, said he would do what I think was called a load calculation? to determine the proper size equipment I would need. Turned out my ac unit was 2 tons to big! After their professional and friendly staff came to install my new Comfortmaker system, I finally feel comfortable in my own home! What a huge difference a properly sized unit makes and thanks to B and M my electric bills were cut in half! Thanks Mike and everyone at B and M for such a great experience. I've finally found an ac contractor I can rely on! and as far as the reviewer stating they told him carrier comfortmaker, My quote said comfortmaker, I think the reviewer was confused because comfortmaker is owned by ICP which is owned by Carrier which is then owned by United Technologies. After much research, Carrier and comfortmaker are basically the same unit for much cheaper (not paying for the name)
We got into contact with B&M through an app called Thumbtack. Our pipes had clogged and started draining through the shower downstairs. They contacted us with in minutes and were at the house within 24 hours. Matt was our guy and will definitely call him for anything plumbing. Thanks!
Great company! The technicians are knowledgable, professional, and fair. I highly recommend calling them for any electrical or heating/cooling needs, from installing light fixtures to generators-they can take care of it, at the right price.
Company is not to be trusted. They misrepresent the product they sell. The company sold me a Carrier Comfortmaker A/c Heating unit, according to the receipt I signed an sent back to the company. I specified that I wanted CARRIER when speaking to owner of Company. The receipt stated Carrier Comfortmaker. Comfortmaker is not CARRIER . This was complete misrepresentation of the product I requested. According to Carrier the terminology Carrier Comfortmaker is not part of Carrier ... ComfortMaker is an ICP product NOT Carrier!
The installers did a good job of installation but they promised me a written receipt, copy of all readings that were taken at time of installation, and Certificate stating energy efficiency for tax purposes. After numerous phone calls to BOTH owners I have received nothing as far as documentation and they refuse to return phone messages. I had to contact the manufacturer of the product request the Certificate of efficiency and register the product, which should have been done by B & M. I, most certainly, would not recommend B & M (Nashville,TN) for your heating /ac needs. They did offer to return the product at time of installation and put the non working unit back in place(when the ac fails the entire unit is not functional) Unfortunately, this happened at a time when cold weather was about to begin, so I allowed them to install the unit. I have a 1 year full warranty on this unit and a complete inspection of the unit after a year of use... I will wait and see if they honor their commitment of the warranty.
Always go with the big companies... It was recommend by Carrier (Stephanie -customer service) to contact the BBB or the Attorney General due to misrepresentation of Heating/AC unit.
Had an energy audit done and an hvac tune up preformed. The owners came out personally. Very cool! Great Price, very friendly and their knowledge was far beyond my expectations!
Outstanding company. In the pouring rain they came and fixed my unit with professionalism and integrity. They accidentally tracked a little mud in the house and paid to have my carpets cleaned. Name another company that would do that.....
Did not follow through to finish a job, left items undone. I have texted many times and was assured they would take care of it, but now they simply are ignoring me. Also more than one of the 5 star reviews on here are from the owners. Beware.
These guys are very thorough. My HVAC issue was fixed quickly and correctly. As far as the price goes.... I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely call them again.
