Kuhn Air Conditioning

I had an air handler that was improperly installed by my builder's HVAC crew that then went bad within 4 years. Kuhn came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, showed me all the photos and explained what was going on, and had to replace my entire air handler. They were always on time and communicated well, and Harry and Josh (who did my install) were kind and went over and above to make sure things were done properly this time.

Kuhn air conditioning is the most honest thorough company I could ever have hope to run across. If you are looking for Heating & AC guys to do right then you just found them. So happy with everything about this company. I'd give a bonus star if I could...🙂

Had no heat, found problem, repaired. Now I have heat and I am happy!! Called about 9am and repaired by noon. Efficent, knowledgeable, professional tech today! Thanks!

At first I was told that the company would not be able do schedule out services and I was told to seek another company due to an influx of calls but they amended this and suggested the weekend. I was fine with that. The technician showed up within a good time frame, they were efficient, friendly and explained what they were doing and why they were doing it as well as explaining how to take better care of and avoid future issues. What started out as a frustration turned into a pleasant experience. The only thing I was not told was whether or not today's appointment was confirmed. Otherwise it ended up a good experience.

My tech was excellent in all areas. Very professional, great communication and very knowledgeable. Extremely pleased!!

We’ve been clients of Kuhn’s for over 10 years, and will continue to do so. But, I have to say, the last service call was disappointing. We noticed or AC wasn’t putting out much cold air but was freezing up attempting to cook the house. So, I requested service before a small problem became a big problem. Our technician was very nice, but basically told us that he was just going to do a quick Freon fill because there were clients out there with “real problems” and that our issue didn’t matter in comparison. He spent a few hours on the phone with tech support, and left without resolving the problem because tech support left for the day, and he couldn’t do it without their help. He told us that he would schedule a time to return ASAP and left (still billed me $300 that evening). After a few days, I followed up to see when the rescheduled appt would occur. I was told to turn my AC unit to fan only and wait to hear from them. 3 weeks later they still haven’t reached out to complete the work. In the meantime, my husband and I went into the crawl space and immediately identified a 2 foot wide hole in the AC line. All our cold air was feeding into our crawl space!! Tons of $$ down the drain cooling our huge crawl space. We bought the HVAC duct tape, patched the hole, and haven’t had problems since!! No tech support required. It would have been so easy for our technician to simply look at the system to identify the problem. And further, had we not taken initiative, we would have unnecessarily spent 3plus weeks with no AC awaiting further instruction.

Kuhn AC was able to fit me in during the hectic heatwave, I am very grateful for that! Richard was an excellent tech that explained what was happening, and it was a great experience.

Will definitely use Kuhn AC again.

Always prompt and professional. Very reasonably priced with deals for spring and fall tuneups. Been using them routinely for many years. Even at their busiest, they always send someone promptly.
