Interstate AC Service, LLC

I have a VERY OLD unit that I will replace in two years or so when I retire . I like the sign on the interstate and I like a tech I talked to once from there .
So I called them , I got a ball park estimate and an appointment time , They were within 2 minutes on the time and 10 percent on the estimate NOT BAD . Plus the tech , Michael, was knowledgeable and efficient, not to mention personable . Good company and GOOD tech , I will be back . I still need that replacement unit ,,,, Mine is 28 years old .

I have had dealings with Interstate HVAC on numerous occasions at my home and my church (Lincoya Hills Baptist Church) and have always been pleased with them. They have gone above and beyond to take care of my HVAC needs. I highly recommend this company.

I paid $100 for an inspection and routine service. Less than two months later, when I went to run my AC for the first time that summer, it failed due to a seized compressor, which had not been detected during the inspection.
AVOID.

They changed out a unit at my house and office. No problems with installation or with the units since they have been installed. I would use them again. The team is very kind and professional.

This company installed a HVAC unit without my authorization. They are disrespectful and bullied their customers! Do not do business with them!
