I just had a driver fly past me and cut me off in one of their pickup trucks on Rte 109 in Lebanon. He did all this just to make a right turn. And I wasn't going slow by any means. Terrible advertising for your company!

I had a friend that had issues a couple of months ago with his ac unit and I remembered him coming to work the next day bragging about the guy that worked for this company and how late the guy worked to get the job done to help him. Well today was my day of doom and I called my friend at work to ask the name of the company so I called them and within 2 hours on the hottest day in October ever in middle Tennessee they show up and in 30 minutes had the issue resolved. Thanks to Brian who came to fix my ac and to the whole team at Interstate AC. What awedome reasonable service.

I’m not sure where to start. I’ll start with the customer service. I’m human and a kind person, and I felt extremely disrespected and bullied by this group. We paid them hundreds to fix a minor problem with our AC unit and 7 months later they’re not standing behind their work. This is poor business and highlights their extremely horrendous work. There are options in Nashville and I’ll be using a different company moving forward. If you want quality service and a pleasant group to work with, go somewhere else.

Interstate AC Service did an OUTSTANDING job with installing my HVAC Unit. Tommy came out promptly & assessed the need for a new unit after I experienced weeks of NO air conditioning in June 2021. Tommy oversaw the installation by a team who were competent. & professional. They arrived promptly on time & were focused throughout the HVAC installation. Tommy came on-site to ensure everything was done per our agreement. Tommy called afterwards to make sure the unit was cooling properly & confirm my satisfaction. Highly recommend!!! I called multiple companies when my AC went out and they all told me I had to wait 2 days in this 90 degree weather EXCEPT Interstate AC. He came out that evening and ended a week long AC issue. I’m so happy & appreciative!

I have been a client of Interstate AC for almost 12 years. I just had Anthony out here doing my winter maintenance and I couldn't believe what I saw when he handed me my inovice....his handwriting was so neat. This blew me away! I am a business owner and I struggle with each and every invoice my technicians bring back to me trying to read what they wrote. With Anthony, I immediately felt a sense of comfort (I know it's a weird thing to be excited about). I sent a copy to all of my technicians hoping for them to want to be better with their invoicing. One can hope anyway. Thank you Anthony!!!!

Part of being in a customer service business is driving in a company vehicle. A driver in one of their trucks was driving way over the speed limit, weaving in and out of traffic. He veered into my lane while fumbling for a cigarette. All of this during rush hour on 440 with all the construction going on. There are plenty of good HVAC technicians,I suggest choosing one that drives responsibly.

I couldn't be anymore disgusted by their service. Took a day off of work waiting for them to show up between 2-4 and no one ever arrived. They failed to disclose that they don't show up unless they make contact with the customer. The account was in my husband's name and they didn't explain that they needed the phone number of the person who would be here. Called to inquire about why no one showed up and the woman who answered couldn't have been anymore impolite. No accountability, no offering of a solution. Horrible customer service. Would strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

Prompt, courteous and professional. Most importantly, they have never pushed me to buy parts or provide service that I did not need. I give Interstate AC my highest recommendation. Nice work Guys!!
