Halo Heating & Cooling

Excellent company with a professional team and great prices. Halo has fixed several issues at my home and it's always been a good experience. I referred them to a client of mine the other day when the biggest HVAC company in the area wouldn't respond. The Halo team got to the client quickly and fixed her HVAC before the other company every called her back.

We bought a 2 year old house in Nashville and immediately upon moving in had air conditioning issues. 95 degrees and no air doesn’t work. I called a couple places who couldn’t help, but Halo understood and said they could fit us in to at least add Freon to get some cool air. 2 days later, same problem so they came back. They doubted it was the coil, but said if it was, it was under warranty.
They had to replace the coil, and did so quickly but....
the problem still wasn’t resolved. The house has 2 units, different size for upstairs and down. When it was built, the connections were made to the wrong units thus making the smaller unit work harder than it could.
Thank-you Halo for your perseverance in solving our problem. I highly recommend them for their professionalism from phone contact to the workers on the job.

Another company cancelled on me at the last second after scheduling a couple of days prior. I called lots of other companies to come repair my AC.
Halo was the only company that seemed interested in helping me. They came out same day and showed up when they said they would. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He immediately identified the problem and was able to fix easily fix it.

We had such a great experience with Halo Heating and Cooling. A lot of attention to detail and the owner, Chris, spoke to me personally about all of the factors in deciding on a new unit. I've been very happy with their work and their communication was A+! Thanks to the whole team!! Oh, and they had to take down a fence to fit the new unit in and I swear the whole thing looked like no one had even been there. Super impressive!

Very good customer service. They were able to send a service repair man the next day. Chuck, the repair man, arrived early and quickly determined what the problem was. He was very nice and knew what we needed. We needed a new unit, which he and an associate were able to install the same day. The company also helped us get the financing we needed. I highly recommend this company.

I had three service calls for my heating unit before I finally called Halo Heating & Cooling. Not only did they fix my heater but they also fixed what the other companies had done to it, which I came to find out was a lot of work. Everyone I dealt with at Halo was great. They were kind, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly, they fixed my heat! I highly recommend.

We had a potentially expensive service call. Halo showed up on time, checked out the situation and concluded we didn't need to overhaul our equipment, the damage was minor and wouldn't affect the equipment. A nice surprise to get an honest appraisal that didn't indicate expensive repairs. They were recommended by someone who used them exclusively and had nothing but good things to say about them!

We purchased our HVAC from Halo, after a very poor experience with the big company in town. (They stated they had multiple options in several price ranges when they came out to the house, but later would only provide quotes for the brand name units in their inventory)
Boy are we glad we turned to Halo.
Local, reliable, friendly and very reasonably priced.
We couldn't ask for more.
Unit runs like a dream and they never once tried to upsell me.

This is somewhat of a delayed response, but Halo Heating and Cooling installed two Amana Central Heating and Cooling units in my home. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. In fact, my two older units were near my deck, so they moved them to the end of the house so now I can enjoy being on the deck and not listening to the cycling of the air conditioning units. I highly recommend Halo for your heating and cooling needs.
