Matthew and Kyle showed excellent service and cared about the issues at hand while having time to explain it in a professional yet understandable way to someone with no knowledge on the topic. Sold me on Mid-State for any and all HVAC needs in the future!

I called about a water heater pilot light, they quoted 80 to send a guy who arrived here and spent 5 minutes. He jiggled a wire and the pilot light came right on. He then went to his truck for 30 minutes where he sat and drew up an upsell to some service plan I do not want or need. He returned and told me to pay over 150$ I was hurt and disgusted. I explained I was quoted a totally different price and when I called to talk to a manager they said no one was there who would talk to me. We used this company to replace our entire AC system a few years ago and it was great. I dunno what happened to their customer service but while I was on the phone waiting to be told no manager was around I heard the hold music remind me that they wont do any work until they quote you the total cost. Total lies I guess. I would also like to add the address for this business is less than 10 miles away from my home. I feel totally cheated by this business over just a few measly dollars I would have been happy to pay if I was simply told before you sent a guy 10 miles to spend 5 minutes.
