These guys are very professional and do a very great job. Carl was at our house when they said he would be and fixed the issue timely. Dylan, the owner, is great to deal with and have trusted his company on other occasions to fix our AC/heat units.

They are on the upside for pricing but like anything in this world you pay for quality. I've never had to call them to redo any work. They complete the work right the first time and ensure the unit is working 100% correctly prior to leaving.

Carl did an excellent job (in the rain, bless his heart) with my semi annual maintenance. And he’s such a nice young man. He took the time to review his service and have a friendly chat. You don’t get that kind of service much anymore. The entire team at Brilliant Mechanical are first class and I would recommend them to anyone needing new units or service.

Brilliant Mechanical came out to my house right away last year when I noticed my house was over 90 degrees and wasn't cooling. My realtor recommended them. They fixed the problem right away at an affordable price.

I signed up for their maintenance package this year. They had the best rates and showed up on time. Carl did a great job! He told me about a part that will need to be replaced soon, but didn't try to convince me to do it already. I trust them and will continue to use them.

Well-run HVAC company. They have installed 2 or 3 units for us in rentals, and worked on other rentals and on our own home. They return calls, show up on time, and don't try to upsell me when it doesn't make sense. Highly recommend.

Carl came to service my split system and was very professional and informative. I bought the membership they offer because it was a great deal. He told me all about the air purifier system and I'm excited to get that installed soon. Great company!

I had requested a quote for new construction from Dylan and he was extremely responsive and informative. He took the time to fully understand the needs of the special project I was completing, and we had a great back/forth figuring out the best way to heat/cool/ventilate a very tight structure.
