HALO is defintely the type of company that you would expect to use when it comes to Heating & Cooling. I'm very satisfied with their overall service and quality of work. Highly recommend HALO.

Excellent every way you'd want them to be. Expert customer service, solutions, and products for real life. What is mean is this: They have each time listened to understand, created reasonable & timely solutions not merely for the system but for me & my family, communicated clearly, shown up faster than I could've hoped, and followed up after. WOW. Yes, we definitely recommend Halo & will call on them again in the future if needed.

I had one of those monthly service contracts with the governor’s company. They were always trying to sell me something. This last time they told me I needed to replace all of my ducts under the house for $11,000. Fortunately my daughter had used HALO before and told me to call them. Thank goodness I did! The owner of Halo came over and carefully looked at everything, telling me what he was finding as he did. They ended up cleaning all the ducts, repairing the ones that were messed up and installing some new ones for about a third of the other estimate. And HALO did an excellent job. The workers were nice to be around and cleaned up everything. I quickly canceled my monthly service with the other company.

HALO did a great job of installing our new split A/C unit. Part of the installation was in our attic with extremely tight and limited space available. They got it done in quick fashion in extremely hot conditions. They also helped repair some of the older duct work in the attic to insure the new unit would work most efficiently. After the installation, they left the work area spotless. I would definitely not hesitate to use HALO again for additional work.

I had been using Halo Heating & Cooling to service my ancient AC unit and heating unit for the last two years. The AC stopped blowing cold air on a Sunday. I called the office first thing on that Monday morning and they had someone out that afternoon to look at it. The compressor was dead and it would be too expensive to replace so I decided to get a quote on a new unit. I got a call that afternoon from the owner Chris with the price, which was so reasonable, and he explained things where I could understand and gave me the information on financing which I was able to get squared away that afternoon. They were able to get the new unit installed the next day. James and the crew that came to do the install were very professional and worked all day to get the unit installed properly. I highly recommend Halo to anyone looking for a great company that does great work for a reasonable price. Thanks so much Halo!!

Every time we have needed maintenance or a tune-up for our HVAC system Halo has always been able to send someone out within a day or two. The technicians are friendly and honest on what needs to be repaired and things that can wait, which seems to be rare these days among HVAC companies. We will definitely continue to use Halo in the future.

Trustworthy and reliable--- that's Halo!! When my a/c went out, they returned my call quickly, came out and had everything fixed within a couple of hours!! Price was reasonable and the technician was professional!!!

Martin was great! They had a time slot open up so they bumped up my appointment and the technician still showed up early. Martin went out of his way to make sure that everything was working as soon as possible. He walked me through everything that was wrong, how he was able to determine the issues, and worked out with me what solutions and payment would work best for me. As a new homeowner all of the extra effort and attention was very much appreciated. Highly recommend.

I had a simple installation of 2 Nest learning thermostats right after Christmas and Halo exceeded my expectations by far. They were able to accommodate me within 3 days of my initial phone call. The technician was early and ultra polite. He was downright a great person. He explained things in a way that I understood and even gave me a little Nashville history lesson. I just moved. He also looked at the way my new construction home was built and pointed out inefficiencies as well as things to improve them and alternatives to replace them. He let me know that they do not work off commission so he could be honest with his opinions. I was very satisfied with the work and will call them with all my needs in the future.
