The results/diagnosis reported ,by MaxAir was suspicious and not covered by my home warranty. Therefore I obtain a second opinion and my air conditioner was fixed and covered.

Unit went down with low frion at 1 year 3 weeks. They had to replqce the coil after 2 weeks. Labor warranty expired after 1 year and they would not do anything about it. Very unprofessional and will not stand behind d their service.
