MaxAir Heating & Cooling kept me informed of my appointment. They even called when an early appointment was available. Texted me when technician was in route. The technician quickly found the problem. Explained what was wrong & repaired it. I would definitely recommend this company.

What was not to love.
The technician (Ethan Bailey) called and showed up earlier than the appointment time. Ethan went right to work and had the unit fixed in no time at all. We were delighted with the service that Ethan provided and his friendly nature & outstanding customer service skills.

Technician called stated he would be at my house in 5 minutes and that he was,very punctual and also knowledgeable. He got the job done promptly. I was very pleased with the service!! Thank you 😊

American home shield sent to my house for heating system repair. They repaired heat just fine but disconnected everything for air conditioning to work. Classic move I guess to get another service call. Not very professional in my eyes though. Be careful.

My home warranty sent maxair to my house for a repair. Absolutely the beat air service ive ever experienced. Very timely and professional . Billy and Brian were my techs they were awesome fixed it in no time. Will definitely be using max air again for future service

My home warranty company sent MaxAir to repair my AC. It was a super experience from the time the appointment was booked until the repair was done. Ethan was the tech sent to my home. He called in advance and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed my problem and had it repaired in no time. Thank you MaxAir.

MaxAir was assigned to work on my furnace through my home warranty company. After I requested the repair, they called me at 8 AM on the dot on the next business day as promised, and the technician Preston showed up by 9:30 AM. He quickly identified the problem and it was fixed in about half an hour. I don't know how much the repair would normally have cost since it was through my warranty, but given how well this company communicated, scheduled, and performed the repair, I will definitely consider using MaxAir in the future.

Everyone at MaxAir was a pleasure to work with. The scheduler scheduled us on the same day and Brian, the tech, was very friendly, arrived on time and wore his mask while here . He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it in 1 visit. I would definitely use them again.
