I got 3 bids total for a heat pump replacement. MaxAir was the only one that seemed like they weren't trying to rip me off. Their bid was over $1,000 lower, their service was excellent and my air is blowing cold! I highly recommend giving them a call.

I've been using Max Air since 2015. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and professional. I've had Jack the last 2 visits and he is exceptional. Technician was friendly and quickly found the solution to my problem. He was also friendly and very patient with my dogs and told me about his furbabies.

Brian was very professional, on time and repaired my AC unit in less than 1/2 hour. I was waiting for another company for more than 2 weeks. Max air scheduled me on Friday and came on Monday. Brian phoned me when he was headed to my house. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend this company.

This company was assigned to me through a warranty company and most of the time, it is days before I even get a return call much less an appointment. Not so with MaxAir! They responded immediately and was at my door the same day. Ethan was an exceptional diagnostic and repair technician! He had the problem diagnosed within a few minutes, ordered parts and came back to repair the next day! He was respectful, courteous and very professional. The communication with this company is awesome. You'll receive texts or emails updating you at every turn. I will definitely be a return customer should the need arise. Justin and Brian fixed an issue we had with our inside AC unit. This really was the best experience we ever had with an AC repair company. Great communication and easy to work with. Would most certainly recommend them!

Brian from Max Air was very knowledgeable and professional. He provide service that included a visualization of my concerns. He made me feel reassured that my service request was addressed. I would definitely want him anytime my unit isn’t working properly. Request addressed and corrected completely!!!!!

The overall experience was great!! The whistle process was quick and easy, they were there within days to completely replace my system, add an intake vent, and redo duct work under the house. Took less than a day to do everything and the workers were great!

Our air conditioning went out on a Sunday. I called the company and left a message. They called me first thing Monday morning. They said the earliest appointment they had was Wednesday. I said ok but was not happy about having to wait. Monday afternoon Justin called and said he had a cancellation and was in the area. We needed a capacitor and he didn’t have it on his truck so he called another technician and he brought it by. We have air conditioning now and it is Monday evening! They were very professional and went out of their way to help us. Thanks Justin for fitting us in and going out of your way to get our air going again! Would highly recommend this company. They go above and beyond to help.
