Great customer service! Technicians were punctual, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Max Air again.

When he came it waa too cold to test my air conditioner and the heater only had to be turned on. He was honest about everything he did and could not do. The agent could have to pretended to have done or neede tohe did or had to do a lot of things, but he didn't. I will call him back next time I have any problems.
