MaxAir repaired and maintained our older HVAC system for several years. They then replaced it with a new system once it couldn’t be patched together anymore. Could not be more pleased with the new system. Great price and great service from the owner and everyone who has worked at our house. Always timely and with great professionalism.

They saved my life, and for less than half of the cost of the companies you see on TV! We had our system serviced by a company that advertises on TV all the time. That other company did not detect the carbon monoxide leak that Max Air found. We also requested quotes to replace the full system from 3 other companies. All of them tried to upsell us to an expensive system, but not Max Air. The owner explained all of our options in plain English, and even with the downstairs unit on backorder and a tropical storm, they were still able to finish the job in less than a week of us authorizing the job. They even followed up with us several times after they were finished, just to check if we were satisfied. We also had a town inspector that had to sign off on the finished job. He said they did a high quality job, and we had made a good choice with Max Air. That's why I recommend them.

Have used MaxAir since they were air now. Justin and his team put in a new second HVAC unit a few years back and also replaced all the duct piping in the attic. Yearly, I see Brian and Ethan, to perform HVAC maintenance. They are both top notch individuals and MaxAir should view them as assets to their company. Both are professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and very personable. I don't plan on using a different HVAC service for years to come.

I have used Max Air several times to fix or maintenance my home's HVAC system. They have always been responsive, affordable, and provided a Grade A+ service for me and my family. Our Home Warranty sent Max Air our for service on both our units. Every time they came out (Preston, Keith and Billy) have been nothing but professional and helpful. Our 13 year old trance systems (2) both had failures this year. In the end it didn’t make sense to repair given the parts price and the cost of R22 per lb. so we show the upgrade option via AHS. Max air went above and beyond to do the installs the same week so we where not cold in March (when our 5 ton unit failed) or burning up in July (when our 2.5 ton unit failed). We are military and have dealt with lots of HVAC people different places and by far they go above beyond. Keep up the great work and we look forward to doing business with you for years to come.

Brian was Fantastic. He took time to explain what was happening and advised things to watch for. They were quick to respond and on time.

Justin Max is unreliable, unqualified, and a total joke. He doesn't know what he's doing and makes no apologies for his total and complete lack of professionalism.
