This company was amazing. They were higher than some other quotes I got but because of their thoroughness and knowledge we went with them. They were so friendly and explained everything so we could understand. The guys who did the install were awesome. The best part was, we were able to get financing so that made this process so much more bearable beause these things are not cheap!! I highly recommend them and will be switching to them from now on.

Technician Steve found a wire that had shorted out and could have potentially started a fire. He replaced the heat transfer wire in our panel and showed us the burnt and damaged one. My family cannot thank A &L enough for such service.

Our air conditioning motor took a hit in Friday's storm. They were able to get a new motor this morning and it's installed. Second time they came to our rescue. Highly recommend

I can only highly recommend this company! there is no compare to any of the other companies I had do deal with in our area (many). From the office staff over the sales rep to the technicians all highly professional. As a customer I feel very well taken care of, I am happy with the new unit and relieved about the easy financing and how fast our problem was solved. The appointments were fitted to MY schedule and everybody showed up right on time!
The sales rep Ethan came out promptly and spent about 2 h here (and it was a evening appointment already!) measuring out the house, windows etc. asking questions to make sure we get the right sized unit. He answered all my questions patiently and helped me through the finance application. The unit was installed only 3 business days later. I was messaged a photo of my technician ahead of time to know who I was expecting which I appreciate as a women especially. The technicians were friendly, clean and very fun and patient with my 6 yr old inspecting every step of their work. The job was done much faster then I expected, the workplace was left clean and only after making sure I had no more questions. The boss himself came out a week later to inspect it all, hand me my paperwork and worry free service plan and again make sure I am happy and well taken care of.
This company is outstanding!
