Daniel Heinz was our technician. He is upbeat, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and polite . He is an asset to this reputable business.

My control panel was totally blank as it had shorted out due to wires touching. Steven
came out for the first visit and fixed it. He took his time and made sure that everything was running and showed me how to use the panel which I couldn't figure out! Before Steven left he checked the system again and made sure that everything was working properly which it was! Unfortunately two days later the panel went blank again… I called A&L and Ronald came out the same day which was a weekend! He was very informative and found the remaining problem. He went the extra mile to make sure it won't happen again! Both Steven and Ronald were professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I can't say enough about both of them! I really appreciate the pictures that they took to show me and explain exactly what and where the problem was. I highly recommend this company! I'm so glad I found them!

Very professional and explained with pictures of what service(s) were needed. There is no plumbing option listed above. We would like to know if it is possible to turn the water pressure up a little, it seems a little low. Otherwise, it was a very great job.

We called to have an assessment done because of cold spots in the house. The technician (Daniel) was excellent and came on Friday. He assured me we would have a quote by Monday. No quote on Mon, Tue etc.. I called on Thursday the following week and was told it was complicated and the owner had to be involved and I would have a return call by that afternoon. No call and no quote. No call or quote the next day Friday. The following Monday still no return call. I called and spoke to yet a different lady who told me she would look into it. She found a quote and sent it to me. 2700 dollars to add and extra duct in the MB so we could finish our remodeling (The reason we asked for a duct to be added). The quote states "Balance air flow and add dampers" but the technician never measured air flow. It looked like a total re-work of the plenum and duct work was planned. Obviously, after begging for a quote, I received the price that said "We don't want to do this work".

02/15/22 - Update. The owner did make good his promise to install the duct work we needed in a very timely manner. He called me and we made amends at whatever the miscommunication that happened. They are worthy of the five star review just as many others have left. Good job A&L.

05/12/2023 - Professional people here. Appointment reminders, courtesy call before arrival. As you can see from the previous post, I've used A&L before. They do what they say and they do it professionally. Stephen is a top notch young man who is courteous and knowledgeable. A lost kind in this world. He serviced our old GEO system in our farmhouse and had good advice and recommendations. I'll probably never use another service but A&L. Highly recommend.

Donald was great! He knew exactly what he was doing. This was our 1st winter in this home and have an outside unit and inside furnace. We didn’t know which heated. He found the answers told us what was needed and fixed it all in a timely manner. I love that this company sent a photo of Donald before he came out so we knew who was expected. He was soft spoken and really nice. 100% professional! I will tell anyone asking for a hvac company to use this one right here! Thank you A&l!

Completely trustworthy. Really appreciate the text with picture of technician who will be arriving at the house, in addition to status of arrival time and date. The guy that showed up today was extremely friendly, honest, identified an item that was still on warranty and needed to be replaced, in another area that needed attention.
He took care of both. Spent time to stop what he was doing and cover everything that had been done in addition to the status of all units over the phone while I was at work. Really appreciate the quality and kindness of the technicians and the company.
