A&L went above and beyond! Today was a second time we've used them. Today's visit was to check to see if our water main was leaking, which it wasn't. Brock the technician was very professional, kind, knowledgeable and when he finished up our grocery delivery happened to come. And Brock helped carry groceries in for us!! Talk about service!! Highly recommend Brock and A&L!!

I was very impressed with Cameron at our annual HVAC inspection. He was very knowledgeable and well trained about HVACs. He went out of his way to explain everything he did to maintain our unit. Even noticed that my husband had put the filter in upside down :-) and told me they make a "ghostbusters" type of water tank (worn on their backs) for clients whose homes don't have access to water to help clean the unit. That was great news -- since our HVAC sits on top of a four story building where the contractor forgot to add a water outlet. He promised to make sure the water pack was used at next year's visit. We've been very happy with the Bryant brand HVAC over the past few years. And we were also happy with the plumber who recently had to snake a stubborn clog in our kitchen sink. It's quite a job, as the hose must be run more than 25 feet down from our sink since we are on the 4th floor of a downtown residential meeting. Glad that A/L heating and air have branched out into plumbing now.

Elijah was great! He found the problem, fixed it right away. Explained everything well. Did a nice job. What a good guy!

Stephen was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain and show me what issues we were having and what needed to be done to get us up to par.

He resolved our no heat issue, replacing furnace fuse and system relay. Great communication. Thank you for the great services! We will use them again.

Daniel was very helpful in solving the issues we were having with our heat. He came out right away and explained everything in detail. He was upfront about cost and helped in determining what the best course of action that should be taken. I couldn’t be more thankful for their help in keeping my family warm.
