We had a new toilet installed which we had previously purchased. Brock was the technician that did the service. He was very efficient. He had the job completed in a timely manner and left the powder room in very clean condition. He is a nice young man and we highly recommend A&L for your plumbing needs.

Amos and Matt of A&L Heating & Air did a great job with the installation of our new geothermal hvac system. They were professional, knowledgeable, and arrived as scheduled. They also cleaned up the area around the unit when finished. Would highly recommend them. A&L also texts a picture of the technician when they are on the way which is helpful.

A&L was the second company we called to give us an estimate for replacing our upstairs air and heat pump unit. They responded quickly, the office sends email and text appointment reminders, and they send texts with the photo and info of the tech that will be arriving. We were offered options instead of just one quote. The techs who installed our new unit did the little things: one wore a mask, they all either removed their shoes or wore disposable booties, and they took the time to ask my opinion and showed me everything when the job was finished. We are looking forward to this new unit lasting a long time! Everyone was polite and professional. This ain't cheap, people, but if it has to be done, let's do it right and do it well.

Noisy motor needed to be replaced in my ductless LG unit. A&L was able to diagnose the problem. It took them only a day to locate and pickup the needed part. It was installed the following day and we now have a very quiet unit. I will be calling A&L again.
