Signed up for a year service agreement, which the tech (Ronald) just completed. He was very professional and honest. Per my request I asked the tech to install a safety shut off value/switch on our 2nd floor; AC unit is in the attic. He did a clean job and brought down pictures of before and after for me to see. I would recommend A & L for anyone in need of HVAC service or repair.

We developed mold in our home after A&L installed a heating and air conditioning unit. When notified, the company responded almost immediately and investigated the issue, found the problem and solved our issue. I am most appreciative of the professional conduct and willingness to rectify the issue. In the process of determining the problem, the helpful technicians taught me more about HVAC systems than I thought possible. I recommend this company highly.
