LMS is AWESOME!!!! My air conditioner went out on Mother's Day. I spoke to Rusty this morning & they were able to dispatch Spencer this afternoon. They fixed everything & it was exactly the price I was quoted. They are very knowledgeable, polite, honest, and affordable. Highly recommended!

Called in the morning and Rusty (the owner) came the same afternoon. He diagnosed the problem from our conversation on the phone. He confirmed the problem after checking the AC unit and fixed it quickly. He also cleaned the unit. I highly recommend Loudon Mechanical Services.

We can not say enough great things about LMS!!! Our heat went out last Saturday, we spoke with Rusty Sunday afternoon and Monday he was here to give us the rundown. He did not try to up sale us and told us exactly what was wrong and offered to fix it or get a new unit. We chose a new unit because ours was 20 years old. He made sure that we were ok and could stay warm until he could get the new unit in. He made sure to get us the best deal possible and we are so thankful! Loudon Mechanical Serivces is customer oriented and budget friendly. They repaired our unit and it is working wonderfully. Rusty followed up with us post repair to ensure we were still nice and cool. The entire staff is courteous, trustworthy and professional.

Rusty and his team did a great job replacing two units for our church. One was a 12.5 Ton rooftop unit in which they coordinated the entire operation without issue.

It was one of the hottest days of the year and my A/C went out! I knew immediately I would call Loudon Mechanical Services. Rusty called me back in less than 5 minutes and was at my home in less than 30. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. We had cold air again!! I spoke with the owner over the phone, set up an appointment for service the following day, and had my Trane gas furnace fixed in a couple of hours. The technician was fast, friendly, and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.
