A great company with great people and great service. Our 22 year old, undersized system gave up last week. My daughter called LMS Thursday night and someone was here the morning by 9AM. While my wife and I were considering our options , our daughter ordered a new unit. I was informed they would be here at 9:30 for the install. They began to remove the old unit at 8:30. The complete job was finished in just over and hour and a half. Fantastic service. Thank You.

I sent Loudon Mechanical Service a request in May 2019. In the request I told them that my A/C repeatly leaked freon and wanted them to check the coil to see if we need replace it. On a Monday morning they sent in two guys. They told us it was just freon leaking, either refill it or replace the whole unit. They refilled it, we paid over 400. And the A/C stops cooling now.

update: a little bit more detail, when the two technicians came, they said they were going to check the unit. Then they came backand said they refilled freon showed the bill. My wife asked if there was any (leaking) issue. They said it just was an aged unit (9years old), refill should be fine. The other option was replacing it with a new one. They were really nice, even checked and replaced the airfilter. Obviously, there was leakage and they didn't find it. Another strange thing is they refilled the freon before we were informed.

I was really happy when I discovered this AC firm, because all reviews are five stars. I contribute my data point here, and revised my rating to four stars.

Loudon Mechanical Services installed a replacement HVAC unit (Air Handler and Outdoor Compressor) at our home May 2018. LMS was very professional and choose LMS due to their competitive price and the fact that they are local to Lenoir City, TN.

I would highly reccomend LMC for your HVAC needs. Rusty the owner was very hands on with the changeout process and his service men were professional and cleaned up after the completion of the project.

Called on a Thursday, Rusty was here within an hour and had the problem resolved within 20 minutes. Great job! would recommend to anyone looking for fair, honest Heat repairs! James Nash

We have used him since he started his business. He is a wonderful person to deal with and a good Christian man. He has given us excellent service and yesterday they put in a new unit in 2 hrs. Wow what a difference it has made. I will recommend him to everyone.

LMS is great! They showed up shortly after we called last minute because of issues we were having. The technician (Rusty) was very professional and friendly. He thoroughly investigated the issue we were having and explained how we could avoid it in the future.

New to the Knoxville area we were looking for a new Heat and Air company and we couldn’t be happier with the guys at LMS. They were able to come out with 45 minutes after our first call. Pricing was extremely reasonable but that was nothing compared to the expert service and quick work. They even came back out and installed our WiFi Thermostat at no extra charge! We are extremely happy with them and will be referring all our friends and family.

Rusty is an unbelievable, wonderful, Christian man that will take care of any issues you have with your heat and air. Rusty comes out as soon as you call him wasting no time and has extremely fair prices! I recommend Rusty to anyone!

Our air conditioning went out on Saturday night. We left messages with a couple of other companies. LMS promptly called on Sunday and within 30 minutes they arrived. Not sure of the techs name but very professional and polite. Prices were very fair. I would definitely recommend them very high. Thanks again LMS for your service.
