We had Rusty approximately 2 yrs ago install a wall unit and a 5ton 2 stage unit all duct work etc 25,000.+ The wall unit never worked from the beginning rusty came out 1 time and it worked 1 season.The 5 ton unit has been loud when its on and not working right either the 5 ton unit come to find out has wrong thermostat and the return duct work is to small for unit size etc.I have contacted Rusty so many times texts calls left voice-mails i have lost track but kept all my info.and texts etc.He hasn't done anything to fix these issues or gotten back with me to get this figured out.Now we are going to be charged by another company well over 3000. + to fix what we pd Rusty to install. I hated i had to write this review and I wish he would have made things right .But I don't want anyone else going threw what we have.

Rusty and is his crew are incredible and I'm going to recommend them to everyone! They came out to look at our AC unit the same day we called. Rusty was very thorough and knowledgeable! Our unit had to be replaced ( Rusty did EVERYTHING he could to try to keep from replacing ours- but it was just time and long overdue!) ,and they installed the new one the very next day! Pricing is very reasonable and much better than others! Rusty and his team are very courteous, friendly, honest, and work quickly! And they never tried to sell us on anything! You will not find a better company to partner with and choose!

I contacted Rusty owner of Loudon Mechanical Services for an estimate on a mini split AC system for a new construction project. I was given a favorable bid for the job and moved forward with the project. Rusty was able to work with my protracted building project which stretched over several months. The work was done to my satisfaction and on my time frame. Rusty and his technicians did an over all great job. They would be a first pick if I need there services in the future.

2 months after our old unit's 10 year warranty expired (figures) we learned we needed a new unit - I got multiple quotes. Saw all good reviews for LMS so decided to check with them too. All were pretty close on $ but Rusty's assurance of labor warranty for 5 years and no hassle on minor repairs after install pushed them to the lead. Also - they were able to get to us the next morning. Rusty, Spencer and team did the work cleanly and professionally. They answered any questions we had and we feel good about Rusty's future service level. It was 87 in my living room last night. It is 72 as of about 6pm!

I called LMS after a very bad experience with a different contractor. Rusty immediately returned my call and came to the house to diagnose the problem with the HVAC unit. He serviced the unit for no charge as we hoped that would get us through the summer months. A month later, I decided to replace the unit and LMS delivered quality service and quality installation!! Rusty is a man of honesty and integrity and will always be who I call in the future if needed!!

Rusty came out as soon as I called him and he was very polite and knowledgeable about the unit I was having replaced. Also he saved us over $2,000 over another very popular heating and air company in our area! He got to us in a very timely manner. When he got here I was having issues with our upstairs unit and come to find out the other company had turned off the breaker to the unit upstairs. Thank goodness Rusty is an honest person that didn't just try to sell us another unit. Thanks Rusty, Rodney, and Spencer!

I have used Rusty at LMS for not only my personal residence, but my homes that I manage for my rental company. All of my tenants share my opinions of him! His team is prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about all things hvac! He has even replaced water heaters for my rentals as well. Best price around!!

Loudon mechanical services has done three jobs for me, and have always done excellent work. My AC went out on Friday and I didn't want to get any one out on Saturday due to the July 4th Holiday. Rusty came to my house on Sunday afternoon and diagnosed the problem and came back Monday morning with the part needed and had my AC up an running in no time. Rusty is honest and always gets things done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Loudon Mechanical services for all you HVAC needs

Hi, Rusty n his team came today n moved a 3-1/2 ton a/c n ran new everything under the crawl space !
along with new breaker box n it was awesomely stress free n did it under 4 hours hours .. we are over the moon with cost n grateful to have found this awesome company n team!.. Rusty is fantastic to work with. Had my ac go out and called rusty up the next morning and he was able to get to me the very same day to fix my unit. Very quick response to my call and would definitely recommend LMS.
