LMS was the best AC crew I have ever dealt with. They were prompt and professional through every step of the process, courteous and clean, gave us a great price on a new unit, helped us deal with our home warranty company, did exceptional work, and were all around kind human beings. They took the time to answer all my questions and remained patient with me as I frantically vacuumed all my duct work. They have a wonderful crew who legitimately care that you and your loved ones are comfortable in your own home without trying to take advantage of your finances.

We had Rusty and his team come out to evaluate our situation with our 26 year old system. It was determined that a full replacement was in order. They set it up and arrived at the given time and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The training on our smart thermostat was great.

Rusty is very professional and went out of his way to help us. We got home from vacation to find out that our A/C unit had quit working. It was later in the evening when we called. He came right over and got it going in no time at all. It is hard to find someone who is so kind and willing to drop what they are doing to help out late in the evening without wanting to charge an outrageous price. I recommend Rusty to anyone who needs service.

Two years ago my heat went out two days before my wife was to deliver our first child. Rusty made it a priority to have our new unit installed before we brought our son home. Fast and professional service which I would recommend to anyone with HVAC needs.

We discovered that our heating and air conditioning unit needed an expensive repair. It was a builder-grade unit installed when our house was built. We decided that, rather than spending a considerable amount of money on a lower grade unit, to get some quotes on a new packaged gas-electric unit. Three different companies came out to give us a bid. LMS was the last one that we contacted. Even though it was late afternoon on a Thursday, Rusty Buchanan was at our house within 30 minutes of my call. We were impressed with his honesty, knowledge and low-key approach. He answered our questions and gave us a quote that was better than the first two we received, and for a Trane XL16C packaged unit which was a higher quality than the others we were considering. Unlike the others, Rusty also had brochures to show us the exact unit and thermostat that he would be installing. We told him that we would get back to him. We proceeded to read the reviews of LMS, which were uniformly excellent. We also talked to our neighbor for whom Rusty had recently installed a new unit, and he too had nothing but good things to say. The next day we called Rusty and told him that we would go ahead with the unit he had priced for us. We signed the contract on Monday, at which time Rusty did not even ask for a partial payment, which suprised us. The unit was at our house the next morning and was up and running within two hours. The installation went quickly, smoothly and the final price was exactly what Rusty had quoted. There were no surprises. Everyone involved with the process was polite and friendly. Rusty took time to explain the operation of the new unit after the installation and followed up with us the next day to see if there were any problems. We really could not have asked for anything more. We expect to use LMS to service and maintain our unit in the years ahead and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Called LMS re my ac unit which was not cooling. Spoke with Rusty and set up a service call for that afternoon. His techs showed up ON TIME and proceded to check out my unit. Unlike two others that were out they fully checked my unit and gave me a detailed report on the condition and repair cost. They also went over the options and cost of a new unit. I should also mention that the techs were knowledgeable, professional and courteous, with no pressure for a new unit.
After deciding on a new unit the install was set for the next day. Again showed up right on time and proceeded to install the unit quickly and professionally. Could have not been more pleased.
Should mention that I had a small problem with the unit after the install. (Not their fault) Called Rusty and he and a tech came to the house almost immediately and fixed the problem. Have never had Service After Sale like I had with Rusty and LMS.
