My experience with ECO Heating & Air Solutions in Lenoir City was excellent from start to finish. Jennifer gave me a same-day appointment by phone when I called. Chris and Corey showed up on time and knew immediately what my issue was just from listening to me. Chris was able to resolve the problem in minutes. They were very professional. I could not be happier with the service. Also, I signed up for the semi-annual cleaning and maintenance package and Chris showed up to thoroughly clean and inspect my unit. He attended to a few minor things that could have been a problem resulting in system down time if they had not been addressed, so I really appreciate his attention to detail. This is a great company to do business with.

This business is first class. From Jennifer in the office, to technician Jared, to their installers. Every one that I have had to deal with have been nice, prompt and professional. The installers made sure they cleaned up good after installation.
I highly recommend them.

My air conditioning went out. After a week, I called Eco. They had someone at my house that same day! Eric found the problem and had it fixed in a little over an hour. Being elderly I was concerned about being told I needed a new unit, but he didn't take advantage of us! We had cool air again just in time because the temps turned hot that afternoon! Thank you, Eric and Eco!

Highly recommend Eco HVAC in Lenoir City. We were converting our heating from LP to natural gas. Had an issue, called Eco, they came out the next morning early and got it fixed. Super professional and friendly.

They bought out Climatize from whom I got a summer/fall maintenance package. The summer tune up was a joke, I don't think they did anything but check motor amps. I ended up washing the outside condenser unit which was filthy and full of leaves. I was considering trying to get the fall portion refunded but when I called Eco answered so I gave them a shot.
I was home and saw they did a much better job. After they were done and getting ready to leave, I asked the Tech Jared if Eco worked on gas fireplaces, and he asked what was wrong. Long story short, for no charge, he fixed the fireplace and also found a safety hazard (uncapped live wire laying at the bottom of the insert). He capped and taped it up.
I will call them again for future service.

Jennifer on the phone was very nice as she set up an appointment. Chris was very professional as he came to my house and listened to my problem. Surprise! Chris thought out what was wrong and quickly figured 1) gas valve was stuck in on position, 2) system needed batteries changed. Presto! Fireplace now worked. Yay!

After reading reviews, I chose Climatize to look at my heat pump. After Hailey explained all the details and pricing to me, I felt confident that this team would be able to tell me if my system needed any attention. After examining my heater, Sam gave me a thorough explination of how heat pumps work. Additionally, he and gave all sorts of tips, tricks, and advice for the maintenance of this heater. I will certainly look to Climatize for future needs.

About 2 years ago bought an older house with a package unit that was poorly installed with improper duct work. During the summer the top floor was unbearable hot and the ground would be 60° with the 14 year old unit running all day and half the night. Got 3 estimates, Rob gave me the best price by $2000. The next week had his crew working for 2 days for 12 hours each day to install 2 new units. Everyone was very nice. Wore shoe covers in the house. Etc. Rob called couple of days later to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

A huge Thank You to Rob for the response and appointment on a Friday at 4pm. He eventually had to come back on Monday with the part they fast tracked and saved the evening. I'll be using them again for any future HVAC needs.

Listen i know things are high but 207 dollars for a compasitor really total bill of 271 for it i know they do carry parts on there trucks and they drive but i do know the parts are not 207 do not use this company
