I took a job there last week Jeanette co owner stated their history of business and when one bankruptcy had been mentioned for there company I should have known better on Friday morning I was very sick and ended up in ICU I contacted her early in the am and told her I would keep in touch by 1 she fired me saying I was not a good fit! The following Friday I go to get my check and was told the day prior be there Friday between 8-5 at 11:30 she text saying I had till 1 because they was closing. I get there 30 min before receive a 10 check at pay rate 16.50 that has no hours on stub pay rate tax deductions just a check saying 10 had been deducted. She refused to pick the phone up and proceeded to text saying she couldn’t fix till following week. I’ll just leave this here for you to decide if this is who you would trust with your time and money!

Complete scam artists. Don't waste your time or money. Move in carpet clean, completely over priced. Once on site, the tech said it was going to be more. Walked over the entire house (including the
"cleaned" carpet) with muddy boots. And offered a $50 credit to use them again

Josh was very professional and did a fantastic job. Underneath my gutters were very dirty. When he finished, they were spotless.

The soft wash to my house makes it look brand new again. Good pricing too with the Mothers Day sale.

They did an excellent job getting everything cleaned, were professional, and arrived on the day that was scheduled! Very happy with using them and will use them in the future; plus recommend them to others.

Otis and Caleb just finished cleaning all of our windows. The windows were a mess from just having our house painted. The guys were on time, friendly, professional, and did a great job! I would definitely use them again! I didn’t have time to take a day time picture.

We had Marsall’s clean and sanitize our HVAC ducts. Very friendly and professional service. They showed us before/after pictures of the work they performed. I would recommend them and will probably call them back for other jobs we need done.

Not professional at all, had to call carpet cleaning service because of mud everywhere in my house!!! At every register!! In the house from the hoses they use and mud mainly from their boots! I’m talking clumps of mud Took less than a hour for six hundred dollars! Big disappointment Rip off from my point of view so one star is low as you can go but they don’t even deserve that

James was sent to clean our gutters and did an awesome job! He arrived on time, and was very courteous, helpful and professional throughout. We were very impressed with the quality of service and will definitely be using this cleaning service again in the future!

The technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable and did their job in a timely manner.
It was my first time using this kind of service and I was very skeptical of the results but I wouldn't have been able to clean it myself.
I wish that Marshall Cleaning would use a rotary brush to clean the air ducts, not just the whip. Also each air vent should be cleaned by inserting the vacuum hose slowly, and twice, to ensure the dust is totally removed.
One last thing, the cuts in the vent that were made to allow their vacuum to be attached, was only patched with scotch tape and it is peeling off. I am not very happy about it.
